From messy, unusable loft to a clean, practical accessible space!
Today’s project was in Walthamstow, where we completely transformed a loft that was difficult to access and had been largely unusable.
The loft had old water tanks, rubbish, poor access and a small hatch, making the space difficult to use and navigate.
We got to work and:
- Removed rubbish and old water tanks
- Installed raised loft boarding
- Fitted a new timber hatch and ladder
- Added LED lighting

This new build had a generous amount of unused loft space, but it wasn’t making the most of its potential. For this project, we transformed the loft into a safe, practical and accessible storage area, including:
