Lofts We've Transformed
A closer look at completed projects across the UK, most lofts are boarded, lit and ready to use in a single day.
From messy, unusable loft to a clean, practical accessible space!
Today’s project was in Walthamstow, where we completely transformed a loft that was difficult to access and had been largely unusable.
The loft had old water tanks, rubbish, poor access and a small hatch, making the space difficult to use and navigate.
We got to work and:
- Removed rubbish and old water tanks
- Installed raised loft boarding
- Fitted a new timber hatch and ladder
- Added LED lighting
Creating a cleaner, safer and much more accessible loft space.
One day. One complete transformation. New Build Loft Storage.
This new build had a generous amount of unused loft space, but it wasn’t making the most of its potential. For this project, we transformed the loft into a safe, practical and accessible storage area, including:
- Raised loft boarding
- Truss shelving.
- Aluminium loft ladder
The finished result is a loft that’s significantly more practical and accessible, giving the homeowners valuable additional storage without the need for a full loft conversion.
A great example of how the right loft storage system can turn unused space into genuinely usable space.
From a blank, underutilised space to a fully boarded solution complete with Fakro 700x1100mm ladder, insulated hatch and led lighting.
- 30m² boards + shelving + led lighting + hatch + ladder
"Really pleased with our loft boarding. The whole process was straightforward, from the initial survey through to the installation. The team arrived on time, worked quickly and were very respectful of the house. They protected the carpets and cleaned everything up afterwards. The extra storage space has made such a difference. Really happy with the finished result."

Another unused space transformed with raised flooring, foil insulation and truss shelving throughout.
- 15m² boards + shelving + insulation
"We’re really happy with our newly boarded loft. The fitters were friendly, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and took great care not to make a mess. The new flooring and access ladder have completely transformed the space and given us loads of useful storage. Would definitely recommend."
